On arrival, your fridge will be stocked with chilled glasses, and a non-alcoholic beverage for your refreshment after your journey. Morning Glory
We are pleased to offer a variety of breakfast options designed to satisfy a wide range of tastes. On the Sea offers a French inspired breakfast menu (see sample menu below) which is adapted to take advantage of fresh, seasonal herbs and ingredients. At the time of your booking, you are provided with a menu and invited to select a meal and suggest any adaptations based on specific dietary needs. On arrival, breakfast times are planned with you and arrangements are made for the next day.
In the summer, your gourmet breakfast will arrive in the morning at
your door at your specified time to be savoured on your private,
oceanfront deck or in the privacy of your suite with the incredible
Pacific Ocean lapping on the beach. During inclement weather, breakfast
is served in the main dining room. On the Sea already has a reputation
for its outstanding food.

V-8 served with a three egg omelet with home roasted red pepper and cream cheese, plus a grilled spicy sausage on the side.
Option 2
Cranberry cocktail served with french toast with pecan praline, fresh cut Granny Smith apples and a side order of bacon.
Option 3
Apple juice served with oeuf en cocotte, toast, hash browns and a side order of bacon.
Option 4
Iced mocha served with fresh seasonal fruit, brie and baguette plus shaved Black Forest ham on the side.

Lemonade served with crepes drizzled with house blueberry syrup.

In Snug Cove, the 'downtown' of Bowen Island, there are numerous choices for dining ranging from casual to fine dining with candles, white tablecloths and silver. We will be happy to describe each restaurant to you to help with your decision before arriving on the island. This is important in the busy times, as reservations can be a necessity.
